Scan incoming and outgoing shipments using a scanner/mobile application. • Sort parcels according to destination, route, PIN code, or shipment category. • Ensure accurate inward and outward scanning of all shipments. • Handle loading, unloading, bagging, tagging, and movement of parcels within the hub. • Verify shipment details and identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly sorted packages. • Maintain proper shipment records and update the system regularly. • Ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct route/hub within the required TAT. • Coordinate with delivery and hub teams for smooth shipment movement. • Follow safety, security, and operational SOPs. • Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sorting area.
