- Test the complete customer journey, from QR-code scanning to the intended emergency-contact workflow.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, compatibility and usability testing.
- Test across different browsers, smartphones and screen sizes.
- Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and screenshots.
- Test error handling, invalid inputs, network interruptions and repeated scans.
- Perform basic API testing using Postman.
- Retest resolved defects and maintain test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and validate releases.
- Report testing progress, risks and unresolved defects.

Required skills

- Understanding of manual software testing and the software testing life cycle.
- Ability to write test cases and detailed bug reports.
- Experience testing web applications.
- Solid logical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.




- Basic knowledge of API testing; Postman experience is desirable.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn the product and take ownership of testing activities.

Good to have

- Experience testing WhatsApp or other third-party integrations.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Exposure to Jira, Trello or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Basic automation testing knowledge.
