Sales Executive:

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Sales Executive to promote and sell our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding) to B2B clients. You will generate leads, connect with prospects, pitch our solutions, and convert them into long-term clients. This role suits freshers and early-career professionals who are confident in communication and motivated by targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and new sales opportunities for our digital marketing services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business needs.
- Present and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
- Follow up with leads and negotiate to convert them into clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for smooth client onboarding.




- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM or tracking sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development (freshers with solid communication skills may apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
- Ability to handle lead generation, client handling, and sales conversion.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
