Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years professional design experience with a proven track record of designing world-class products with the recent 3+ years in a product company

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must be full-stack in design, hands-on across UX research, UX design and UI, taking projects start to finish with minimal supervision

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be strong on product thinking, discovery and understanding user pain points, able to break product strategy into design deliverables

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have hands-on experience using design research methods and both data-driven and heuristic approaches, with consumer validation

Mandatory (Skill 3): Must design end to end (wireframing to flows and prototypes), with strong UI craft, aesthetic sense, motion/interaction thinking, and Figma best practices plus design-to-developer handoff

Must have worked closely with product teams and cross-functional partners, and be able to demo and defend design decisions backed by research or benchmarking
