Mandatory requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience; the JD also specifies a minimum of 6 years in Fusion HCM.
- At least 4 Fusion HCM Functional Consultant implementations.
- End-to-end implementation experience in at least two of the specified module areas.
- Business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and AIM/OUM documentation.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- BE, postgraduate qualification, or MBA in HR domain.
