Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Management Intern based in Nashik. The Management Intern will support day-to-day operations across the company’s brands, including assisting with inventory tracking, order coordination, and basic administrative tasks. The role involves helping managers with data collection, preparing reports, and monitoring key performance indicators related to sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as kitchen staff, café service teams,



and marketing to ensure smooth workflows and consistent customer experiences. The position also includes contributing to process improvements, supporting franchise or collaboration activities, and learning fundamental business management practices in a fast-paced food and beverage workplace. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of business management or hospitality operations, preferably through ongoing or completed studies in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to handle data entry, basic reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with kitchen staff, café teams, suppliers, and management.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and a genuine interest in food, nutrition, and health-focused dining.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software; comfort with learning new digital systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn; prior internship or project experience in F&B; or retail is an advantage.
