Requirements:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services.
* Expertise in volume hiring and branch-level recruitment.
* Experience in hiring for Sales, Business Development, Branch Operations and Managerial positions.
* Solid sourcing capabilities and an established candidate network within the financial services industry.
