Role Description The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at BeanHigh Handcrafted Coffee in Ongole. This role oversees daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management for coffee, food, and supplies. The Cafe Manager leads and supports the team, ensuring excellent customer service, consistent product quality, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring sales and cash handling, resolving guest concerns, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining a clean, organized,



and efficient workspace. The Cafe Manager also collaborates with ownership to meet revenue goals, control costs, and continually improve the guest experience. Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including preparation standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to apply Sales skills to promote menu items, upsell offerings, and support revenue growth.
• Experience in team leadership, staff training, and shift management in a cafe or hospitality setting.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a coffee shop, cafe, or restaurant is preferred.
