Reflecting our reputation in the power solutions sector. Role Description The Service Engineer role at POM Power India is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram/Kozhikode. The role involves performing installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of UPS systems, solar inverters, energy storage systems, and EV charging equipment at customer locations. The Service Engineer will diagnose technical issues, carry out repairs, and ensure optimal functioning of all installed systems. This role also includes providing technical support, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. The Service Engineer will interact directly with customers, communicate service updates clearly, and support continuous improvement in field service quality and customer satisfaction.



Responsible for north kerala region. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and system-level issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Field Service capabilities, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer-facing service delivery.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to explain technical information, prepare reports, and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess reliable Technical Support skills to guide users, respond to service queries, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Maintenance & Repair skills for UPS systems, solar inverters, energy storage systems, and EV charging stations.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
• Working knowledge of power electronics, electrical safety standards, and use of diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Ability to travel within the region for on-site service, with a customer-focused and safety-conscious approach.
• Prior experience in power solutions or renewable energy service roles is an advantage.
