About the Role
Koncepts Lab is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for our clients and brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled at identifying relevant influencers, building relationships, coordinating collaborations, and creating engaging promotional opportunities that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research suitable influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
• Coordinate content creation, campaign briefs, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Work closely with internal marketing, creative, and media production teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for future improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and influencer marketing strategies.




• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in influencer marketing may also apply.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content formats.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking with good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
• Basic knowledge of campaign analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with influencer discovery and campaign management tools is an added advantage. Preferred Skills
