3–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Summary We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Product Manager – Flexem to drive the growth of our Flexem automation product portfolio (HMI, PLC, servo drives & motion control and Industrial IoT gateways). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with commercial acumen in industrial automation products including PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, Motion Control, and Industrial IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Business Development
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Prepare annual business plans, product roadmaps, and revenue forecasts. Technical Sales & Solution Consulting
• Conduct technical discussions with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial customers.
• Recommend appropriate automation solutions based on application requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations. Customer Engagement
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Provide technical guidance during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Conduct product training programs for customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Product & Market Development




• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend product enhancements.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and service teams for successful product launches.
• Support marketing initiatives including seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and technical events. Reporting & Performance Management
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Prepare monthly business reports, sales forecasts, and management presentations.
• Track key performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies. Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the Industrial Automation industry.
• Experience handling products such as PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, Motion Control, or Industrial IoT solutions.
• Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial customers is highly desirable. Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA (Marketing/Operations) will be an added advantage. Technical Skills
