Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and engineering teams by defining product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and delivering scalable technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Drive product launches and coordinate cross-functional release activities.
• Communicate product updates, roadmaps,



and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure products meet quality, security, and compliance standards. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with engineering teams to deliver web, mobile, or cloud-based applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or enterprise software products.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and software architecture concepts.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Pragmatic Product Management are a plus.
