• Identify, validate and build recent business opportunities in the global mobility space
• Build business cases, unit economics and go-to-market plans
• Set up and lead lean cross-functional teams across sales, ops, product and marketing
• Develop partnerships with international employers, institutions and channel partners

• 4 to 8 years of experience, including founding a startup or building a 0 to 1 business line
• Strong commercial judgment and comfort with P&L; ownership
• High ownership, speed and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience in edtech, staffing, immigration, healthcare or cross-border businesses is a plus
