Role Description The Equity Dealer role at Ashika Group (Retail Vertical) is a full-time, on-site position based in Durgapur. The Equity Dealer will execute client orders in equities and related instruments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring stock market movements, updating clients on market trends, and providing information-based guidance on investment options within defined processes. The role involves managing client trading accounts, maintaining trade records,



handling queries related to trades and positions, and coordinating with back-office teams for smooth settlement. The Equity Dealer will also support the retail business by promoting appropriate investment products, contributing to client acquisition and retention, and adhering to risk management guidelines.
