About XClub XClub is an invite-only community with global chapters for founders, product leaders, and AI practitioners. We bring people together in small gatherings across cities, by invitation. Near-term focus includes Dubai-week events (Expand North Star / GITEX side evenings) and India chapter coordination. What you will do
• Coordinate founders travelling to and attending Dubai / international XClub events: logistics handoffs, RSVPs, guest lists, reminders, and day-of checklists

- Be the ops glue for Dubai-week gatherings (venue follow-ups, co-host notes, partner asks routed to the right owner)
•
- Run India-wide community coordination remotely: Bangalore and Hyderabad chapters first, then other cities as they open
•
- Own inbound email, WhatsApp,
and calls for members and travelling founders; escalate only what needs the founder
•
- Keep member notes, guest lists, and handoffs tidy across the XClub team You are
• Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, remote-ready, strong written English
•
- Comfortable chasing founders politely on WhatsApp and phone across time zones (IST and Dubai)
•
- Organised, discreet, and calm under event deadlines
•
- Early-career / intern profile ok; prior events, community, or ops experience is a plus Details Remote
