Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–7 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
• Handle quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control.
• Manage vendor quotations, comparison statements, and negotiations.
• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams.
• Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
