Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for driving sales of conveying system solutions and providing technical expertise to customers. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and presenting tailored solutions that align with operational and cost-efficiency goals. The role involves conducting site visits, system walk-throughs, and technical demonstrations, as well as coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and implementation. - and post-sales support, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.



The position also includes market research, participation in sales reviews, and contributing to product feedback and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Technical Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to convert customer needs into solution-based offerings.
• Candidates should possess Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to interpret technical requirements, design solutions, and prepare detailed proposals.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support skills, with experience troubleshooting systems and guiding customers through technical issues.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical field) are preferred.
• Experience in intralogistics, material handling, automation, or conveying systems, and familiarity with industrial environments will be beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
