Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend data-driven solutions. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and project management teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Create process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and business models.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating business requirements.




• Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and support change management activities. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, E-commerce, SaaS, or IT Services.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
