Role Description The Real Estate Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including managing listings, coordinating site visits, and supporting clients through the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities include supervising property management activities, administering leases, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, and partners. The role involves monitoring market trends,



contributing to pricing and negotiation strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience. The Real Estate Manager will also help streamline processes through effective use of technology and data. This is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management and Real Estate to oversee operations and client engagements effectively.
• Candidates should possess experience in Lease Administration and Leases to manage agreements, compliance, and documentation accurately.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Commercial Real Estate to handle diverse property types and support investment-focused clients.
• Relevant skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and sales are beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in digital tools and property management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property management, especially in the Navi Mumbai or Mumbai market, is an advantage.
