Role Description The IT ERP Officer will manage and support the company’s ERP systems on a day-to-day basis, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation. Responsibilities include configuring modules, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors for enhancements and updates. The role involves gathering user requirements, translating business processes into ERP workflows, supporting data integrity, and preparing regular reports and documentation. The IT ERP Officer will also train users, promote best practices, and participate in process improvement initiatives across infrastructure and trading functions. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Delhi, India. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Planning and Project Planning skills to support ERP implementation, maintenance, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose system issues, and improve ERP workflows and reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, train users, and document processes clearly.
• Candidates should possess relevant domain understanding in Urban Planning or infrastructure-related workflows to align ERP configurations with business operations.
• Experience with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), including configuration, user support, and basic administration.
• Knowledge of databases, basic SQL, and data validation techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency of information in the ERP system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; professional ERP or IT certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, follow quality standards, and adapt to an infrastructure and trading project environment.
