GJR Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive platform transformation, optimize existing ServiceNow investments, and develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Assess current ServiceNow platform usage, maturity, and capabilities. Identify opportunities to maximize ROI from existing ServiceNow licenses. Drive employee experience transformation through self-service and improved workflows. Optimize service desk operations by reducing ticket volumes through automation. Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Provide strategic guidance on ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, and workflow capabilities. Define a 12–24 month ServiceNow roadmap aligned with business priorities. Establish platform governance, best practices,



and an effective operating model. Streamline onboarding, offboarding, and employee service workflows. Ideal Candidate: Solid experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and strategic advisory. Experience in platform optimization and license utilization. Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, and digital workflows. Understanding of AI-driven automation and employee experience transformation. Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. ?
