Role Description The Marketing and Operations Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves supporting day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting with campaigns, social media updates, content coordination, and basic market research to promote PhysioPlus among physiotherapists, hospitals, and patients. The intern will help with operations tasks including data entry, maintaining clinic and patient records, coordinating with partners and physiotherapists, and tracking workflow and process efficiency.



Responsibilities also include preparing simple reports, supporting event or webinar logistics, and collaborating with the team to improve platform adoption and user experience. The intern will work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to healthcare operations, digital platforms, and marketing in the physiotherapy ecosystem. Qualifications
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels (e.g., social media, email, content promotion).
• Strong organizational and operations skills, including data entry accuracy, documentation, and workflow tracking.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with physiotherapists, partners, and internal teams.
• Comfort with using computers, web-based tools, and productivity software (such as spreadsheets and presentation tools).
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in marketing, business, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• Interest in the healthcare or physiotherapy sector and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving startup environment.
