CPS Business Development Role summary Pear Media is hiring an experienced Business Development Lead to grow its CPS (cost per sale) vertical. The candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate network and advertiser relationships, and turns them into profitable offers. Responsibilities
• Source and sign CPS affiliate network and advertiser partnerships and win new offers for Pear Media's buyers.
• Pitch and negotiate payouts, exclusivity and approvals with affiliate managers and advertisers.
• Handle campaign applications, approvals and onboarding for each new offer.
• Hand every current offer to the media buying team with the tracking, compliance and creative brief it needs.
• Own the performance review of each partnership: sales volume, payout accuracy and margin.
• Keep accurate records of outreach, pipeline and campaign status in the team's tools.
• Work with the Founder on the offer strategy for the next 12 months, including Pear Media's own offer.



Requirements
• 3 or more years in affiliate, partnerships or business development in CPS or performance marketing.
• Hands-on work with at least two CPS networks.
• Track record of closing new network or advertiser partnerships, with numbers to show.
• Able to read a campaign's numbers (EPC, conversion rate, payout, margin) and act on them.
• Strong written and spoken English for advertiser and network calls.
• Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Nice to have
• An existing network of affiliate managers, advertisers or publishers.
• Experience with Meta-driven affiliate traffic or with media buying teams.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
• Prior exposure to compliance rules for ad platforms and offers.
