Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Nanded at Malayka IA. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to policies and standards. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting performance objectives, and monitoring key metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning, as well as building partnerships with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors. The Director will also be accountable for risk management, compliance, and reporting, while fostering an inclusive, ethical, and high-performance culture. Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
• Proven ability in budgeting, financial oversight, and data-driven reporting to support business decisions.
• Ability to work in office in Nanded and partner closely with local teams and community stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
