Role Description The HR Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur, supporting store and corporate teams with strategic and operational human resources activities. This role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, implementing HR policies, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, coordinating performance management processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and advising on labor and employment law compliance. The HR Business Partner will handle employee concerns, facilitate engagement and retention initiatives, and work closely with management to promote a positive,



inclusive workplace culture. The role also includes maintaining HR data accuracy, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve HR practices and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Policies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law relevant to the retail and textile sector.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or large workforce environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, collaborate with diverse teams, and handle confidential information with integrity.
