Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in West Delhi. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining loan products, and gathering basic financial and personal information to assess eligibility. The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer details in the system, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for further discussion with senior team members. The Tele Caller will respond to inquiries,



share information about different loan options, and support customers through the initial stages of the loan process. The role also involves meeting daily calling and lead-generation targets while providing polite, clear, and professional communication. Qualifications
• Robust verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle queries, explain products, and maintain a positive client experience.
• Basic knowledge or interest in financial products and loans (personal, business, home, LAP, education) and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use CRM or call-tracking tools, maintain accurate records, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with working in a target-driven environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduation in any field is an advantage.
• Prior telecalling, telesales, or call center experience in finance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional, respectful attitude and commitment to non-discriminatory, customer-focused service.
