Significant experience managing complex enterprise programs and projects in large, matrixed organizations. Proven experience serving as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master. Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations. Experience creating and maintaining integrated project plans and managing dependencies. Solid risk, issue, and escalation management capabilities.
