Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru | Work from office only Astrogate Labs builds laser communication systems for space and defence applications. We’re looking for a hands-on content creator who can turn engineering work into engaging visual stories. What you’ll do:
• Regularly shoot photos and videos for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, including reels, shorts and longer videos.
• Document product demonstrations, testing and the development of our laser communication terminals, including documentaries that capture technology readiness milestones.
• Design graphics and edit videos, adapting content for each platform.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand the technology and communicate it accurately. You’ll work with our marketing and communications team, who will help with ideas, planning, writing and managing content. What you’ll bring:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, content creation experience for space technology or other companies developing physical technology products will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with After Effects or similar motion graphics tools is a plus.
• AI-assisted creative skills are highly welcome: Practical experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly or Runway for image generation, video creation and editing, with the ability to maintain technical accuracy and brand consistency.
• A mandatory interest in technology and curiosity to learn, with enthusiasm for working closely with engineers.
• An eye for visual storytelling, attention to detail and the ability to take content from shoot to finished output. What you’ll get:
