Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai will oversee the implementation of HR policies, support performance management processes, and coordinate training and development initiatives. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, promoting engagement activities, and supporting leadership with HR reports and compliance requirements. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with managers to ensure a positive, inclusive,



and productive work environment aligned with Black Cab’s culture. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS or HR tools, and process coordination.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and support engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and basic labor regulations, and be able to support their implementation.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR specialization is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in an agency or creative industry environment is beneficial, along with comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
