The SAP SuccessFactors HR Operations Productivity Specialist is a key role dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery. This individual will be responsible for analyzing current HR operational processes, identifying technical optimization opportunities within the SAP SuccessFactors platform, and designing and implementing solutions to improve agent productivity and overall HR service quality. This role requires a blend of deep HR process understanding, strong technical SuccessFactors expertise, and a passion for driving continuous improvement and automation.

• Employee Central (EC): Serves as the central backbone and single source of truth for global employee master data, organizational structures, and compliance.
• Employee Central Payroll: Manages localized payroll processing integrated directly with core employee data.
