6-10 Years Job Summary Seeking an experienced Hogan Mainframe Consultant to support Core Banking Platform (CBP) modernization initiatives. The role involves analysing Hogan-based legacy applications, supporting data extraction, identifying system dependencies, batch processes, and integration points critical for successful migration to modern banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze Hogan applications and IBM Mainframe components.
• Perform legacy system assessment, dependency analysis, and capability mapping.
• Support data extraction, profiling, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Identify and document batch jobs, schedules, and operational dependencies.
• Assess interfaces, integrations, and downstream/upstream system impacts.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and migration teams during modernization programs.
• Create technical documentation, application inventories, and migration assessments. Required Skills
• 6-10 years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Strong expertise in Hogan Banking Systems.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS,



TSO/ISPF.
• Experience analyzing batch processes and scheduling tools such as Control-M/CA7.
• Knowledge of data migration, data mapping, and integration analysis.
• Experience in banking, core banking, or legacy modernization projects. Preferred
• Exposure to Core Banking Transformation programs.
• Experience with cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Considerations
