YOU STUDIED DESIGN. WHAT IF YOU COULD BUILD A CAREER AROUND IT? Not another internship. Not another desk job. And definitely not a traditional sales role. At Ventura International, we’re building a current kind of team — people who understand design, materials, spaces and the business behind them. We’re looking for Interior Design & Architect graduates who want to step outside the studio and get closer to where design actually becomes reality. THE ROLE Architectural Material Consultant Think of yourself as the bridge between: DESIGN × MATERIALS × ARCHITECTS × BUSINESS You’ll sit across the table from architects and designers, understand what they’re trying to create, and help them discover the right materials, finishes and solutions for their projects. You’ll learn to: → Understand design intent → Explore and evaluate materials → Consult architects on material selection → Present products and design possibilities → Work with BOQs, specifications and project requirements → Follow projects from concept to execution → Build relationships with some of the most creative minds in the industry → Understand the commercial side of design WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU You don't need to know everything. You just need to be: Curious/Design-obsessed/Confident/Articulate/Commercially curious/And hungry to learn. If you naturally notice textures, finishes, proportions,

details and materials… If you enjoy talking about why one material works better than another… If you want to understand how a beautiful space actually gets built… You might belong here. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Most design careers teach you how to create. We want to teach you how to create, consult and influence. You’ll learn what happens after the moodboard. How a material gets specified. How a project gets won. How architects make decisions. How budgets shape design. How products move from a sample to a site. And how relationships build businesses. Your design education is the starting point. Not the ceiling. VENTURA INTERNATIONAL We’re building a brand in the world of interior & exterior surfaces and architectural materials — working closely with architects, designers, dealers and project teams. And we’re looking for the next generation of people who can help us shape that future. READY TO TAKE DESIGN BEYOND THE STUDIO? Send us your CV + portfolio at [email protected] or APPLICATION LINK ?
