We are looking for a dynamic, technology-driven HR Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, and HR Process Automation across our diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across hospitality, wellness, real estate, sales, marketing, finance, and corporate functions.
• Drive manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build solid talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Monitor recruitment TAT, hiring quality, and recruitment costs. 2. HR Operations
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, leave, employee documentation, confirmation, and exit management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. 3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
• Coordinate with Finance and external compliance partners. 4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
• Implement KPI-driven performance management systems.




• Manage performance reviews, probation assessments, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive employee retention and productivity improvement. 5. HR Analytics & Technology
• Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Track headcount, attrition, hiring TAT, manpower costs, and employee productivity.
• Implement and optimize Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, or similar HRMS platforms.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline HR processes. Candidate Profile
• 6–10 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Experience managing multi-location or multi-business workforce operations.
• Good knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and HR analytics capabilities.
• Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People / Zoho Recruit.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
