A qualified and Registered Patent Agent required with at least 5 years of post qualification skilled working experience (not internships). As a minimum, the candidate should also have a Master's degree in any science subject and must be able to independently perform the following tasks: Filing national phase PCT applications, conducting patent searches; drafting patent claims and specifications, drafting response to FER's, pre-grant and post grant oppositions, attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office, handling annuity payments, filing working statements and all administrative tasks associated with Patent management and prosecution. Applications will be assessed to a high standard and applicant's are advised to apply only if they are competent and experienced in the practice of Patent Law. Remuneration: INR 60,000
