5–7 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Manager – HRBP to partner with Corporate Functions and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, strengthening people processes, and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and timely closure of critical roles.
• Address employee relations matters, grievances, and policy-related queries while advising managers on people issues.




• Analyze people metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights on retention, performance, and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement and organizational change initiatives to strengthen employee experience and culture.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance requirements. Desired Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably supporting Corporate Functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience in performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of HR analytics, workforce planning, and core HR processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
