Role Description: The Motion Graphics Designer is a full-time, on-site role based at Cre8tiveCove’s studio in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for designing and producing motion graphics and animated content for videos, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day activities include conceptualising visual ideas, creating storyboards, designing graphic elements, animating typography and assets, and collaborating with video production and design teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.



The Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with creative directors and editors to align motion content with brand guidelines, project objectives, and timelines, and will assist in refining assets during post-production to deliver polished final outputs. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Motion Graphics and Motion Design, including the ability to create dynamic, visually engaging animated content.
• Experience with Video Production processes, from pre-production planning to post-production integration of motion elements.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital platforms, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and graphic design work across different formats and platforms.
