Role Summary Fastcurve is hiring Project Managers who operate at the intersection of Customer, Delivery, Product, and Business Outcomes. This is not a traditional project coordination role. You will work directly with customers and engineering teams to deliver software projects while using AI extensively to accelerate planning, documentation, communication, and execution. What You'll Do
• Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects.
• Coordinate directly with customers to gather requirements and provide delivery updates.
• Plan sprints, manage timelines, risks, scope, and dependencies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, planning, and analysis.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of software project management experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management,



and problem-solving skills.
• Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC, Requirment Gathering, Engineeiring, QA, DevOps, Release.
• Comfortable understanding technical discussions without being a hands-on developer.
• Highly organized with solid ownership and execution skills.
• Very good in reporting, escalation management and expectation management. Preferred Advantage Expertise in any one of the following is a strong advantage:
• Product Management – translating customer needs into product improvements and feature prioritization.
• B2B Software Sales – Preparing business usecase, conduct demos, solution discussions, proposal creation, or deal closures.
• Account Growth & Customer Success – identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, growing account revenue, managing long-term customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
