Key Responsibilities
• Drive business loan growth and acquire recent MSME and self-employed customers.
• Build and manage relationships with business owners, promoters, CFOs and key decision-makers.
• Generate business through DSA networks, branch banking and sourcing partners.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable Business Loan and Overdraft solutions.
• Drive cross-selling of Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Life Insurance and General Insurance.




• Manage portfolio quality and identify opportunities for loan top-ups.
• Achieve business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Business Loans / SME / MSME lending.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai market.
• Expertise in customer acquisition and DSA management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
