Purpose To ensure seamless execution of export orders through effective inventory allocation, Stock Transfer Order (STO) management, production coordination, dispatch monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing plants, planning, warehouse, logistics, and international business teams. The role is responsible for driving timely order fulfillment and ensuring on-time exports from order receipt to container stuffing. Key Roles & Responsibilities ·Manage end-to-end export order execution from order receipt to container stuffing by monitoring export orders in SAP, ensuring service commitments are met, and tracking order progress until completion. ·Create, maintain, and update Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) across manufacturing locations, including inventory allocation based on stock availability, production readiness, order amendments, SKU substitutions, obsolescence, and export sales order changes. ·Coordinate closely with manufacturing plants to communicate allocation plans and production requirements, ensure timely production and dispatch of tyres, and drive closure of complete as well as partially fulfilled export orders. ·Collaborate with Central Planning and manufacturing teams by sharing weekly pending order reports, reviewing production constraints, and supporting production prioritization to meet export commitments. ·Monitor dispatches and shipment readiness by tracking daily dispatches from all manufacturing locations, maintaining shipment status records, and coordinating container indenting once orders are ready for stuffing.



·Optimize inventory utilization and order fulfillment through continuous review of stock availability at plants and monitoring unallocated warehouse inventory to support effective export order execution. ·Prepare and maintain MIS and performance reports covering order status, stock allocation, dispatches, pending orders, shipment readiness, and other key operational metrics for management review and decision-making.
· Drive cross-functional and global coordination by working closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, International Business, and Global Teams to continuously improve export supply chain efficiency, dispatch performance, stock visibility, and on-time order completion. • Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management.
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management,



Operations, Logistics, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (SD/MM modules).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and supply chain analytics.
