Role Description The Advertising Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and securing advertising clients for Enterr10’s television channels and OTT platform, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The Advertising Sales Manager will develop and present customized media proposals, negotiate rates and packages, and maintain long-term relationships with agencies and direct clients. Daily activities include coordinating with marketing and programming teams to create compelling ad solutions, tracking campaign performance,



and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also requires preparing regular sales reports, monitoring market trends, and contributing to revenue growth strategies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills, including experience selling TV, digital, or cross-platform advertising solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle client queries, and manage key accounts effectively.
• Candidates should possess Marketing knowledge and skills to collaborate on campaigns, understand brand objectives, and propose relevant advertising strategies.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Relevant experience in media, broadcasting, or advertising industries; agency or network-side experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with sales reporting tools, MS Office, and basic analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
