About the role
We're looking for a Client Servicing & Experiential Tech Executive who is excited about events, technology and creative problem-solving. You'll work with clients, come up with ideas, manage projects and bring experiences to life. Work setup: Full-time, hybrid (part remote, part in-person at our Chembur office).
Key responsibilities
• Client servicing: understand client requirements, manage communication and follow-ups, and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to project completion.
• Ideation: develop creative concepts using AI, robotics and interactive technologies, tailored to each client's objectives and event.
• Sales & business development: prepare proposals, presentations and quotations, follow up on leads, pitch solutions and help convert opportunities.
• Project management: coordinate with clients,
vendors and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects. Who we're looking for
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in events, technology, AI, robotics and experiential marketing
• Creative, curious and eager to explore new tech
• Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-driven, proactive and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible hours when events need it
Experience:
