Noida, Sector 3 (In office) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC / Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search and social platforms. The role focuses on driving quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling digital campaigns through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute performance-based social media marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation
• Track conversions, analyze reports, and improve campaign ROI
• Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and landing pages Required
Skills:
• Google Ads (must have hands-on experience)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Marketing
• Social Media Advertising
• Email Marketing & basic automation tools
• Google Analytics / tracking understanding Preferred:
• Basic knowledge of lead generation funnels
• Understanding of UTM tracking and conversion tracking setup
