Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Greater Noida, responsible for overseeing daily production operations on the shop floor. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and compliance standards for sterile packaging products. The Production Supervisor coordinates with cross-functional teams, communicates production priorities, and addresses any operational issues or bottlenecks. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising production staff, tracking performance metrics, maintaining documentation,



and driving continuous improvement in processes. The role also requires adherence to regulatory requirements, participation in audits, and support of training initiatives for production personnel. Qualifications
• Ability to demonstrate solid Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Experience managing Production Schedules and coordinating workflow to meet delivery timelines and quality targets.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with production teams, quality assurance, maintenance, and management.
• Hands-on experience in Production Management, including process oversight, documentation, and compliance with safety standards.
• Background in manufacturing, preferably in packaging, medical devices, or healthcare-related products.
• Knowledge of quality systems, basic lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage shift-based operations as required.
