Role Description The Senior Design Verification Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves developing and executing verification plans for complex digital blocks and subsystems, including testbench architecture, test case development, and coverage closure. Responsibilities include performing functional and formal verification, writing and reviewing verification specifications, and collaborating closely with RTL design, architecture, and physical design teams to ensure design quality and correctness.



The engineer will analyze and debug simulation failures, track issues to resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of verification methodologies, flows, and reusable components. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, participating in technical reviews, and supporting project planning and schedule adherence. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Functional Verification and Debugging for complex digital designs.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Formal Verification techniques and tools for property checking and design sign-off.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of RTL Design and associated coding practices for synthesizable and verifiable logic.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Computer Architecture, including pipelines, caches, buses, and memory subsystems.
• Prior experience with industry-standard verification methodologies (e.g., UVM, SystemVerilog), simulation tools, and coverage-driven verification is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams are important.
• Experience in verification for advanced technology nodes and large SoC or IP projects is an advantage.
