✨ Lead new product development from concept to final execution for export markets. ✨ Conduct market research to identify global trends, customer preferences, and new product opportunities. ✨ Good knowledge of CAD and CorelDRAW designing. ✨ Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and other teams to ensure timely development. ✨ Solid follow-up and execution skills to drive developments, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure work gets completed within timelines. ✨ Ensure product quality, design accuracy, and adherence to buyer requirements. ?
