Role Description The Vice President – SIEM, Splunk, Enterprise Software will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of security information and event management initiatives, with a strong focus on Splunk and related enterprise software platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing SIEM design and operations, guiding teams in implementing scalable enterprise software solutions, and ensuring secure integration across cloud and on-premise environments. The role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define security and data strategies, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvement in monitoring, incident response, and analytics. This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular presence to coordinate with technical teams, leadership, and operational staff. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in enterprise Software Development, including design, implementation, and lifecycle management of large-scale systems.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Java and Python (Programming Language) for building, integrating, and automating SIEM and Splunk-related solutions.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Databases, including data modeling, performance optimization, and secure data access for logging and analytics.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms and architectures, with the ability to deploy and manage SIEM and enterprise applications in hybrid environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with SIEM tools (preferably Splunk) and enterprise logging, monitoring, and incident management frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience in senior technology or security roles, including team management, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, and best practices for secure enterprise software deployments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a highly confidential environment, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
