About The Role
Lead and independently manage end-to-end tendering activities for Government and Private-sector opportunities across India. The role will focus on identifying relevant tenders, evaluating eligibility and commercial conditions, coordinating bid preparation, ensuring timely submission and supporting successful handover of awarded contracts.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement and client portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, corrigenda, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
• Prepare Bid / No-Bid recommendations based on eligibility, commercial viability and business requirements.
• Manage complete bid preparation, compilation and submission within defined timelines.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, HR, finance and operations inputs for tender submissions.
• Manage EMD, PBG, registrations, declarations and other compliance documentation.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, meetings and site visits as required.
• Track technical evaluations, commercial evaluations, reverse auctions and tender results.
• Maintain tender MIS, credentials, documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate the successful handover of awarded contracts to the relevant operations and business teams.



Experience
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on tendering experience.
• Strong experience in Government and Private-sector tendering.
• Experience in manpower supply, contract staffing, inspection, testing, QA/QC or industrial services.
• Experience independently managing tenders from opportunity identification through submission and post-award handover.
• Experience handling tender documentation, commercial conditions, compliance requirements and stakeholder coordination. Technical & Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP and state/client e-procurement portals.
• Strong understanding of technical and commercial bid preparation.
• Good knowledge of EMD, PBG, registrations and tender compliance documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and submission timelines. Important Requirement This role requires hands-on experience in managing tenders end-to-end. Experience limited to tender searching, downloading tender documents or providing basic documentation support will not be sufficient. Working Conditions
