Role Description The Sales and Application Engineer or Manager – Robotics and Industrial Automation is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting automation solutions, and managing the technical and commercial aspects of sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product and solution demonstrations, visiting client sites, and collaborating with engineering teams to design and validate robot-based and automation systems. The role also involves providing application support, troubleshooting technical issues, training customer teams on deployed solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business.



The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Sales Engineering and Sales skills for solution selling, opportunity management, and customer engagement.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to handle pre-sales and post-sales queries, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills to understand, design, and evaluate robotic and automation systems.
• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, welding cells, and machine tending applications is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications, and to coordinate effectively with design and project teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working on-site in industrial environments in Gurugram and willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
