- Physical AI and Robotics Building it full stack, grounds up from India for the world. (www.perceptyne.com) Role Overview A person in this role will manage the entire life cycle of Purchase Order, Vendor Relationships, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage Purchase Orders.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships while coordinating transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics.
• Co-ordinate with Accounts/Finance team for timely vendor payments.
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and shipment documentation.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor documents, and reports. Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Arts or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Purchase Department of any large organization
• Strong follow-up skills, ownership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Zoho Books/ SAP (any other ERP software)
• Experience with E-Way Bills and logistics coordination.
• Ability and willingness to work in a quick-paced startup environment.
