Experience:
1-6 Years Immediate Joiners Preferable Food & Beverage Associate/Executive Role: An F&B; Associate is the frontline service staff member who interacts directly with guests, serves meals, and maintains daily dining room standards.
• Guest Greeting & Guidance: Welcome guests warmly, explain daily wellness or detox menus, and seat them comfortably.
• Order & Dietary Taking: Accurately record food and beverage orders, paying close attention to specific guest health restrictions, allergies, or prescribed wellness/dietary plans.
• Service Execution: Serve organic meals, cold-pressed juices, herbal teas, and wellness tonics with proper etiquette and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Coordination: Communicate special requests, portion adjustments, or timing needs smoothly with the culinary and juice-bar teams.
• Hygiene & Station Upkeep: Keep dining areas, side stations, buffets, and hydration counters clean, sanitized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Guest Care & Feedback: Anticipate guest needs during silent retreats, yoga programs, or cleansing cycles, and report any service or dietary issues to the supervisor.
